Shipping Policy

Shipping

We use USPS shipping. Shipping is FREE if your order is over $125.00. Processing time is 2-3 days
after order is received. Need your Luminary merchandise sooner? We got you covered! We also offer USPS Priority Express Shipping for a faster delivery option.
Express shipping is not available for the FREE shipping promotion. Shipping times are estimates and are
not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, and or bad weather.

Tracking Information

Tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and will be sent via email (from
USPS) once the shipping label is created.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Luminary Style is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that
your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United
States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged
packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.

Do we ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer international shipping.
